These are replacement High Volume Nitrogen Reservoir endcaps, from Schmidty Racing Suspensions to replace the OEM needle fill caps found on FOX shocks on UTVS, and ATV's such as Polaris, Yamaha,Can AM, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, John Deere, Etc.. These are designed to replace the OEM needle rubber nitrogen fill port style end-caps that are found on Fox UTV shocks, which are semi difficult to fill, and are prone to leaking nitrogen and rendering the shock useless. These caps have an actual schrader valve installed in them, and are recessed into a pocket to protect them from damage! This enables them to be serviced and recharged using a standard No-loss chuck. All of them are Black anodized, and are engraved with our SRS logo. There are 6 different caps to choose from, so please be sure to read directions to help make sure you get the correct size and generation cap. Gen-1 caps are available in 2.0" only, with either a high pressure metal schrader valve cap, or with a Fox o-ring based schrader valve cap.
The Gen-2 Caps are available in either 2.0" or 2.5" , again with either of the aforementioned schrader valve cap choices. To determine if you have a 2.0 or 2.5, it is by the O.D. of the reservoir. On all of the variations, look at the pictures in the description, which shows the OEM cap, that the new one will replace. You will not receive any old caps, they are just shown for Illustration.
**The price is per cap. You will only get one cap per quantity of "1"**. For example: If you want 4 caps ,then set quantity to "4". To see the difference between the "Standard metal schrader cap" & The "Fox o-ring cap" see the you-tube videos below

We have the replacement caps in these variations. And all 3 replacement end-caps, are available with either schrader valve cap choice:

1.)Gen-I Fox 2.0" (For Podium Series shocks. ( UTV/ATV shocks with a straight reservoir bore {no-step in the reservoir bore} Your OEM reservoir cap will have a "removable Hex screw" in the center, will look like the picture to the right. & the OD of the reservoir is approx. 2.120"

2.) Gen-2 Fox 2.0" (Performance Series UTV/ATV shocks, have a slightly "domed" shaped caps, which has a "fin" around the perimeter of the cap. These OEM reservoir caps will "NOT" have a "removable Hex screw" in the center like the Gen 1 caps do. On these caps, when the nitrogen is released, they have an additional lip @ the base of the cap by the o-ring that the Gen-1 caps don't have. This only allows the cap to drop into the reservoir bore just far enough to expose the retainer snap-ring & will not drop all the way into the bore like a Gen-1 cap would. Your OEM reservoir cap will look like the picture below, & the reservoir O.D. is approx. 2.120"

2016 Fox Edition 50" trail, had one shock leaking so replace all 4 end caps. Easy installation, the product looks well made and looks good on machine. The hardest part was getting the retaining ring out. Recharged to 200 psi but have not had it out on trails yet to see if I notice any difference.

Ordered the upgraded caps for my fox podium shocks to replace the leaky stock caps. Made filling and maintaining the shocks much easier. An absolute upgrade for anyone with these shocks. Easy installation.

I ordered online on a Sunday night had a confirmation Monday morning and fast shipping.  Product arrived on time and all components were packaged so no seals could be damaged.  Installation was a breeze, every cap fit precisely!

Something I actually could notice a 💯% improvement after the upgrade ... Completely changed the ride attitude , and the 200 Psi is definitely where it's at.  Evan knows his stuff !!
