Dual Rate Spring Kit install April 28, 2023 Reviewer: Kent Siefman from Nathrop, CO United States   Schmidty's installed the spring kit for me as well. So far, so good March 22, 2023 Reviewer: Aaron Eckburg from Wellsville, UT United States   Install was pretty straight forward. Only took about 3-4 hours to install the Dual Rate kit on the Rmax4. A new machine February 6, 2023 Reviewer: CARY D ZUBER from Lake Isabella, CA United States   I am blown away at the difference the springs made, both on fast terrain and over more technical trails. Rmax4 duak rate spring kit February 5, 2023 Reviewer: Charles Jensven from Murrieta, CA United States   Incredible customer service from the get go. Fast shipping. Installed the spring while in the desert. Instantly blown away. Rmax has crap spring from factory i came from a yxz and might have expected to much out of the rmax4 but shmidty turned my regretfull trade into a happy one. Way better ride quality handles the whoops 100 times better (its still an rmax4) but it is literally an incrediblr difference. Im curious to find out what a revalve would do scence ive noticed such an improvment with the springs.  I also liked the fact that every facebook group that i joined about the rmax sayd great things about schmidty. Haven’t installed as of yet February 4, 2023 Reviewer: Dan Sumner from Reidsville, NC United States   I have not installed them yet to give any feedback of how much better they are than stock. But I can say that customer service has been fantastic!!! Diane gave me exactly what I needed to make my decision, I had some follow up questions that was answered quickly by email. I can not finish with out saying that fed ex really upset me. We were supposed to receive our order yesterday, but we never saw them or heard them.  My wife works from home, she was here. We got an email stating that they tried to deliver at 2:47pm my wife ran out the door at 2:48, the truck was no where to be seen not even on our road. Never saw them never heard them. Today we have been glued to the windows making sure we were outside when or if they came. Very p/oed we fedex. Nothing Schmidty could have helped with and again, very pleased with Schmidty customer service!!!! Hope to have the springs installed this week!!! Can’t wait!!! Was this review helpful to you?
