Walker Evans Front Shock Rebuild Seal Kit 2.0 x 5/8" shaft

Rebuild kit for the OEM Polaris, XP900-4, XP-1000, or XP4-1000 front shock. as well as the new 2017 900/1000-S with Walker Evans 2.0" shock with 5/8" shafts.  This Kit will rebuild 1 individual Walker Evans 2.0 piggy-back shock with 5/8" shaft. ***We highly recommend rebuilding the shocks on both sides of a UTV at the same time, so that they will dampen equally.*** This kit also includes a high temp/pressure schrader-valve core that replaces the standard low pressure cores that came in these shocks from the factory because we have seen the OEM cores fail on a regular basis. Our seal kits also utilize premium Viton o-rings for the shaft & IFP, as well as high-heat/wear urethane wiper and oil seals; which have superior resistance to heat and wear for longer service intervals.

Schmidty Racing Suspensions spanner wrenches to adjust the hardware on our UTV dual-rate spring kits. These are designed to fit our 2.0" as well as 2.5" dual-rate shock hardware on Fox Podium, & Walker Evans spring kits. All of the wrenches are sold individually. Or We also have A "Total kit", which is one of each size of the Billet Pin Spanners, and (2) crossover collar spanner wrenches.

Cross-over-collar Spanner Wrench:
Our wrench is designed to fit both sizes of our SRS UTV spring kit cross-over collars,(
2.0" as well as 2.5") so you only have to buy one wrench to fit both sizes. May fit other brands, such as Fox, King, Sway-away, Walker Evans 2.0" ones as well. Picture show how it fits both of our sizes.These crossover collar spanner wrenches are made from tough 3/16 cold rolled steel.

Billet Pin-spanner Wrenches:
These fit our FOX-PODIUM second generation billet preload collars on our UTV Dual-Rate,"Race" Series hardware. (ones with 5/16" holes) And are available in 2 different sizes.

**(NOTE..these will also fit our First generation billet preload collars as well, (ones with 1/4" holes) however the 1/4" holes on them will need to be drilled out to 21/64")** These may fit other brands, such as Fox, King, Sway-away, Walker Evans ,etc. as well.

Rebuild kit for 2.5" Walker Evans shocks . Choose between 3/4" or 7/8" shaft size. The 3/4" shaft size is found on most Polaris XP900-4 & XP1000 2 seat models, although 7/8" shaft upgrades were also available for those models, so measure your shafts with a caliper before placing your order.
The 7/8" shaft was standard on the 4 seat 1000 rear shocks (non-turbo) models. Again, measure you shafts with a caliper to confirm shaft size before placing your order. We highly recommend rebuilding both sides of a UTV at the same time. These seal kits rebuild 2 individual OEM Fox Performance series 2.5" coil-over shocks for the 2016 YAMAHA YXZ 1000R. Kit fits either front or rear OEM FOX shocks. Our seal kits are Premium kits, that have high-temp-urethane oil and wiper seals, and we use high temp and wear Viton o-rings on the shaft,piston, and IFP for superior wear and performance as well as longer service intervals.
We also use,sell and recommend quality Lucas Synthetic shock oil, which is also available in our store by the gallon or half gallon Lucas Synthetic Shock Oil. This Is a dual-rate spring kit with adjustable cross-over collars for the Polaris 2015-16 RZR 900/1000S, to update the OEM 2.0 Fox Podium shocks. This kit is available in either (Standard) or (Race) hardware. Standard hardware retains the OEM pre-load collars and lower spring retainer clips, and uses a our billet adapter rings to fit the new Eibach springs. Our Race Hardware kit replaces the wimpy OEM cast aluminum parts & and the Billet adapter rings from the standard kits and combines both of those functions into single beefy pieces top and bottom, with pre-load adjustments being so much easier with the pin-style spanner pre-load collars.

Standard Hardware kit includes: Install instruction sheet (8) adapter rings, (4) spring dividers, (8) threaded cross over locking collars, and (8) Quality Eibach springs (1) SRS laser etched steel crossover-collar spanner wrench. (Kit does front and rear shocks)

Eibach springs combined with the features of our hardware, create a kit that is second to no-one in the industry!! Most of our competitors, such as PEP, R.T., S.T. use springs of lesser quality. (Do your homework) Either style kit is very user friendly and requires no shock modification to install. Our threaded cross-over collars provide infinite adjustability when the combined springs transfer over to the main spring. Provides a plusher ride with better bottoming resistance than the OEM springs. This kit will only fit the Fox Podium 2.0 aluminum bodied shocks that came standard on the RZR 900/1000S. They will not work with Walker Evans shocks.

Introducing Schmidty Racing's full replacement spring kit for the Yamaha YXZ 1000r OEM springs.. The OEM springs are known to be under-sprung in the front, and over-sprung in the rear. Our kit addresses all of those problems. We have done hours of testing with a myriad of different rate combo's; in a large variety of riding areas. We have come up with a kit the flat out works!! Plush ride, with great all around performance! The testing has been done, so there is no guesswork for you, and therefore you can simply install our kit and ride. Our kit uses top quality Eibach springs. There are a number of other companies out there selling kits using lesser quality springs for less money. But if the pros choose Eibach when winning is on the line, shouldn't you? Early on SRS put out the economical, and highly effective "tender" kit for use with the YXZ's OEM springs. Our triple-rate in the rear targets that same rate for initial plushness, a median mid-stoke rate for whoop and trail eating capability, and a heavier rate for the bottom portion of the stroke; for superior bottoming resistance to anyone else's kit. Our kit also address's the under-sprung front as well. Our kit features adjustable crossover collars front and rear, so you can adjust crossover points if desired. Hours of testing have been done so you can simply install the kit and ride! Easy to follow set-up and install instructions with pictures give starting pre-load and crossover gaps settings, as well as suggested clicker settings. No shock modifications are needed to install this kit.
