Walker Evans 2.0" x 5/8" shaft, Shock Rebuild Seal Kit UTV /Offroad 2.0", 2.5",& 3.0" Shock Dual-Rate Hardware Spanner Wrenches POLARIS Walker Evans 2.5" Shock Rebuild Seal Kit (3/4"or 7/8" Shaft)

This is a shock rebuild seal-kit for Walker Evans 2.0" shocks with 5/8" shafts.. These kits will fit OEM Walker Evans shocks found on the, XP900-4(front), XP-1000(front), or XP4-1000(front), RZR 1000S with 2.0" Walker Evan (all 4 corners), asn also the Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000 & any W.E 2.0 shock with5'8" shaft. These will fit the new as well as the old style 2.0's.
***We highly recommend rebuilding the shocks on both sides of a UTV at the same time, so that they will dampen equally.***


KIT FEATURES:
- Kit includes a high temp/pressure schrader-valve core that replaces the standard low pressure cores that came in these shocks from the factory. We have seen the OEM cores fail on a regular basis.
-Our seal kits utilize premium Viton o-rings for the shaft & IFP, as well as high-heat/wear urethane wiper and oil seals; which have superior resistance to heat and wear than the standard OEM Buna ones; for longer service intervals.
Kits are available in singles or in pairs.

Schmidty Racing Suspensions spanner wrenches are designed to fit our dual-rate shock hardware which is for sale separately, or found in our multi-rate spring kits for Fox Podium & Performance series, & Walker Evans shocks. kits. All of the various wrenches are sold individually. Our billet pin spanner wrenches fit our corresponding size Billet "Race" pre-load collars. The Steel cross-over-collar wrench fits the (C.O.C) collars on both the 2.0" & 2.5" shocks.

Our 1.5" wrench is made from tough 3/16" cold rolled steel, and are laser cut and engraved. Our wrench is designed to fit Fox 1.5" shock pre-load collars..

2.0-2.5 Cross-over-collar Spanner Wrench:
Our 2.0"-2.5" cross-over-collar wrenches
are made from tough 3/16" cold rolled steel, and are laser cut and engraved. Our wrench is designed to fit both sizes (2.0" & 2.5") of our SRS cross-over collars on "our" replacement dual-rate spring kits and hardware for Fox shocks, so you only have to buy one wrench to fit both sizes. May fit other brands, such as Fox, King, Sway-away, Walker Evans 2.0" ones as well. Picture show how it fits both of our sizes.

SRS Billet Pin-spanner Wrenches:
These trick wrenches fit our Schmidty Racing billet aluminum "Race" series pre-load collars for FOX- "PODIUM" ,& "Performance" series shocks. Our wrenches are made of beefy billet aluminum with
ergonomic finger grip grooves, and feature a "tool steel" pin for positive engagement on our preload collars. Our wrenches have a 5/16" pin, on them which will fit 2.5" walker Evans shocks, but not the 2.0" collars. **(NOTE..these will also fit our First generation billet preload collars as well, (ones with 1/4" holes) however the 1/4" holes on them will need to be drilled out to 21/64")** These may fit other brands, such as Fox, King, Sway-away, Walker Evans ,etc. as well.

Rebuild kit for 2.5" Walker Evans shocks, which will fit all RZR models through the present model. Choose between 3/4" or 7/8" shaft size. The 3/4" shaft size is found on most Polaris XP900-4 & XP1000 2 seat models, although 7/8" shaft upgrades were also available for those models, so measure your shafts with a caliper before placing your order.
The 7/8" shaft was standard on the 4 seat 1000 rear shocks (non-turbo) models. Again, measure your shafts with a caliper to confirm shaft size before placing your order. We highly recommend rebuilding both sides of a UTV at the same time. This kit will rebuild 1 individual Walker Evans 2.5" piggy-back or remote reservoir shock.*** We highly recommend rebuilding the shocks on both sides of a UTV at the same time, so that they will dampen equally.*** This kit also includes a high temp/pressure schrader-valve core that replaces the standard low pressure cores that came in these shocks from the factory because we have seen the OEM cores fail on a regular basis. Our seat adapter plate from Schmidty Racing is designed to bolt to the bottom of OEM RZR seats , and adapts them to bolt to standard office chair bases. All needed hardware is included. This Is a true dual-rate spring kit with adjustable cross-over-collars featuring top of the line "EIbach" springs from SRS for the Polaris 2015-18 RZR 900/1000S. This spring kit replaces the low quality,saggy springs that come on the OEM 2.0" Fox Performance series shocks and deliver a very low quality ride. This kit is available with either our (Standard) or (Race) hardware. Standard hardware retains the OEM pre-load collars and lower spring retainer clips, and uses a our billet adapter rings to fit the new Eibach springs. Our Race Hardware kit replaces the wimpy OEM cast aluminum parts & and the Billet adapter rings from the standard kits and combines both of those functions into single beefy pieces top and bottom, with pre-load adjustments being so much easier with the pin-style spanner pre-load collars.
With our dual rate spring kit you can expect to: 1.).Regain lost ride height, 2.) Receive a truly "plush" ride, eliminating most of the trail chatter feedback you get from embedded rocks,ruts,tree roots, tire tracks, etc with the lighter initial spring rate of both springs active.3.) Superior bottoming resistance when the spring separator contacts the cross-over collars and engages the heavier main spring solely for the remainder of the shock stroke. The beauty of this kit is that it is truly adjustable! The threaded crossover-collars can be infinitely adjusted "up" or "down" on the shock body thread, to set the point in the stroke where the spring separator contacts the cross-over collars and engages the heavier main spring solely for the remainder of the shock stroke.
Either hardware style of our spring kits are totally user friendly, and require no shock modification to install, and can be installed with basic tools in 3-4 hrs or less. Our dual-rate spring kits come with a detailed ,complete, step by step, installation instruction sheet with settings, diagrams and photos!

Standard Hardware kits include: Install instruction sheet (8) adapter rings, (4) spring separator/sliders, (8) threaded cross-over locking collars, and (8) Quality Eibach springs (1) SRS laser etched steel crossover-collar spanner wrench. (Kit does all 4 front and rear shocks)
Race Hardware kits include: Install instruction sheet. (4) Threaded billet preload collars with stainless steel pinch bolt.(4) Billet lower spring retainer clips.(4) spring separator/sliders, (8) threaded cross over locking collars, and (8) Quality Eibach springs, (s) SRS laser etched crossover-collar spanner wrench. (Kit does all 4 front and rear shocks). If you want a billet pin-style Pre-load collar to work with our pre-load collars, they are available in the "Misc." dropdown of the UTV section.

We use quality Eibach springs in our kits, because they are the best! While Eibach is not the cheapest spring, when you go to upgrade your ride with replacement springs; we want to provide you with a kit that is the best there is! Eibach springs combined with the features of our Schmidty Racing hardware, create a spring kit that is second to no-one in the industry!! Most of our competitors, such as PEP, R.T.,Weller, S.T. use springs of lesser quality. (Do your homework!) .Customers who have chosen our proven kits, have been thrilled with the ride and performance we offer. This kit will only fit the Fox Performance Series 2.0" aluminum bodied shocks that came standard on the RZR 900/1000S. This kit will not work or fit Walker Evans shocks.

Yamaha YXZ 1000r Dual-Rate(Fr)/Triple-Rate(R) Replacement Spring Kit
Introducing Schmidty Racing's full replacement spring kit for the Yamaha YXZ 1000r OEM springs.. The OEM springs are known to be under-sprung in the front, and over-sprung in the rear. Our kit addresses all of those problems. We have done hours of testing with a myriad of different rate combo's; in a large variety of riding areas. We have come up with a kit the flat out works!! Plush ride, with great all around performance! The testing has been done, so there is no guesswork for you, and therefore you can simply install our kit and ride. Our kit uses top quality Eibach springs. There are a number of other companies out there selling kits using lesser quality springs for less money. But if the pros choose Eibach when winning is on the line, shouldn't you? Early on SRS put out the economical, and highly effective "tender" kit for use with the YXZ's OEM springs. Our triple-rate in the rear targets that same rate for initial plushness, a median mid-stoke rate for whoop and trail eating capability, and a heavier rate for the bottom portion of the stroke; for superior bottoming resistance to anyone else's kit. Our kit also address's the under-sprung front as well. Our kit features adjustable crossover collars front and rear, so you can adjust crossover points if desired. Hours of testing have been done so you can simply install the kit and ride! Easy to follow set-up and install instructions with pictures give starting pre-load and crossover gaps settings, as well as suggested clicker settings. No shock modifications are needed to install this kit. Also when you install this kit, check out our pinch-bolt design, billet preload collars, which make preload adjustment a snap. They use a pin-style spanner wrench for positive engagement, and cannot slip off while making adjustments and are much easier to adjust than the OEM collars which use a "hook" style spanner which slip off all the time, bloodying your knuckles, or scuffing your SxS.
