Description

Fox Shock and Walker Evans IFP (Internal Floating Piston) Pull-Out / Piston Install / Bleeding Tool
New! from Schmidty Racing Suspensions

Features

  • The tool is adjustable to six (6) different lengths from 10.25” to 15”, allowing you to do small ATV shocks all the way up to large, long, remote reservoirs on Internal Bypass shocks.
  • The billet aluminum base of the tool has a “locator” pin on the bottom, which will allow you to always stay “positively” engaged on the IFP lip by stopping the tool rotation on the piston at full engagement.
  • The pull-out tool also has “bleed” ports on the engagement pocket, so that trapped air can escape and you can easily "bleed" and set/adjust IFP depth and keep all air out of reservoir cavity while setting your IFP piston depth as well as "bleeding" the piston.
  • The Billet aluminum handle has ergonomic grooves which allow for a positive grip, even with oily hands.

Available in "Mill Finish" or "Black Anodized"

Now the same great wrench is available in "Mill Finish" or "Black Anodized" for Walker Evan shocks as well.

Looking Ahead:

We will also be expanding our line of pullout inserts for other brands of shocks which will also fit this same handle. This is a high quality, well thought-out tool with several features which will expedite your shock work & will last for years to come!

5 of 5 Fox Shock IFP Pullout tool November 13, 2019
Reviewer: Seth Parks from Gilbert, AZ United States
I bought one of these tools and I was quite pleased with how easy it makes dealing with the deep nitrogen reservoirs on the FOX IBS shocks. This tool is not cheap, and it's not built that way either. You get what you pay for with this, the fit and finish is spot on. Another plus is that this tool will pay for itself within a couple of uses. Thanks Evan for making this available, definitely worth it!
