This is our Schmidty Racing Suspensions designed Internal Bypass Wrench for the Fox 2.5" and 3.0" Internal Bypass Shocks. If like us you were completely frustrated with your wrench breaking or having issues stripping a seal head on these shocks, then these wrenches are for you. We tested and tweaked these wrench through much R&D to come up with the best designed wrench to tackle dissassembly of these Fox Shocks.
The wrenches on both sizes interlock inside of each other to provide a strong connection and prevent the wrenches from breaking or damaging the seal head. We also added a longer handle that fits your hand great for loosening up the cinch rings that a lot of the time can have Green Loctite on them, refusing to move. On our 3.0" wrench we incorporated the bleed hole on the seal head wrench also for the Live Valve shocks that require the bleed hole as you are reassemblying the shocks. (These wrenches do NOT work on the Aftermarket Fox RC2's. Only on OEM IBP shocks).
We coated the wrenches with a Black Oxide coating to protect the wrench from rust and has a wax outer coating to look sleek. The wrenches are sold in each size as a pair or together as a set of both 2.5 & 3.0 Inner and Outer wrenches. We look forward to hearing and seeing photos of our new wrench being used!!
