Nitrogen regulator shock fill kit from Schmidty Racing. Kit comes with a Uniweld 800 regulator (0-800 PSI delivery pressure). You can choose which hose type and length you want in the drop-down. The base kit/price is for the 8' rubber hose. All hoses are are rated to 3000 PSI , and have 360* swivel fittings on each end. The end assembly has a polished, SRS engraved, solid stainless steel shut-off valve , connected to an SRS engraved billet tee, and has a 12" braided stainless steel flexible stainless steel hose with a swivel end to allow the no-loss chuck to rotate 360* to get into tight places. The "T" also has a SRS secondary gauge for precise reading of the nitrogen charge. The billet "tee" also has a bleed off button, to release excess pressure and dial in the the precise pressure you want. The secondary pressure gauge, is also available in 5 different pressure ranges:

  • 0-160PSI by 2" face
  • 0-300PSI by 2" face
  • 0-400PSI by 2" face
  • 0-600PSI by 2" face
  • 0-1000PSI by 2" face
This kit configuration allows the end assembly to be used as a diagnostic tool as well as a fill-tool by simply closing the shutoff valve.

Kit specifications:

- regulator: RHP800 , has a 4000PSI tank gauge, and a 1000PSI output gauge which are rubber cushioned to guard against damage.
- tank supply nipple is CGA-580.
-No-loss chuck body is nickel-plated brass, and the rest of the body is 100% solid stainless steel. The no-loss chuck opens and closes the Schrader valve stems under pressure via the small “T” handle, & seals to the Schrader via an internal crush washer. Proudly made in America.

I got this for my ultralight aircraft, at a fraction of the price of the recommended product, and this is better. It was delivered in Sunday, just 2 days after placing the order. How's that for sercice?
