Description

This is a shock nitrogen-filling regulator hose end assembly from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for those who already have a regulator and a hose. Also great for those who want to upgrade their existing kit. Assembly includes a no-loss chuck, secondary pressure gauge, shut off valve, bleed off valve, and 12" braided whip. The end assembly works for shock recharging or can function as a pressure "test tool" with the in-line valve in the off position.

Details:

The end assembly has a no-loss chuck which is connected to the SRS engraved manifold with a 12" clear coat protected braided stainless hose with a swivel fitting that rotates 360* to fit any angle without kinking. The no-loss chuck allows opening and closing of the schrader stem on shocks or nitrogen chambers under constant pressure, via the small "T" handle.

NOTE* The 600 PSI and below manifolds have a stainless bleed off button (the 1000 PSI and above manifolds have a knurled pin valve bleed off ; which allows for bleeding and purging nitrogen chambers, without having to disconnect the chuck. The manifold also features a 2" face SRS logo gauge for accurate chamber readings. * (3000 PSI ones will be 2.5" face)

The end assembly has a 1/4" (#4) male (AN)/ flare supply fitting, (which will fit into our supply hoses which are also available in the accessory section) and has an "inline shut-off" valve prior to the manifold. The Glycerin filled gauges are more durable and better able to withstand small bumps and rougher handling. We carry the end assembly in several different pressure ranges.

Gauge Options:

  • 0-160 PSI (Glycerin filled Gauge)
  • 0-300 PSI (Glycerin filled Gauge)
  • 0-400 PSI (Glycerin filled Gauge)
  • 0-600 PSI (Glycerin filled Gauge)
  • 0-1000 PSI (Glycerin filled Gauge); (has higher pressure rated bleed off valve)
  • 0-3000 PSI Glycerin Filled Gauge) (has higher pressure rated bleed off, and shut-off valves)
