Description

Comparable Part: PowerTank CHK-4007

These are nitrogen / air no loss chucks from Schmidty Racing Suspensions. These chucks will allow you to accurately set nitrogen / air pressure for anything utilizing a schrader valve. It opens and closes the schrader valve core stem under constant pressure via the small "T" handle that raises and lowers the core depressor pin. This gives accurate and repeatable pressure settings and does the same thing as a Power Tank CHK-4007.

Small and large bore options available.

Options:

Small Bore: Chuck bodies are nickel plated brass with the rest being 100% Stainless Steel. This is a regular schrader valve (tire stem) size that fits stem thread size .305-32. Supply line connection is 90 degrees to axis of valve. Rated to 3000 PSI.

      Available male supply ends:
    • Male 1/8" NPT
    • Male #3 JIC
    • Male #4 JIC

Large Bore: Chuck bodies are yellow zinc plated steel. This schrader valve is larger and fits stem thread size .485-26. Supply line connection is 90 degrees to axis of valve. Rated to 3000 PSI

      Available male supply ends:
    • Male #3 JIC
    • Male #4 JIC

5 of 5 No-Loss-Chuck February 28, 2021
Reviewer: John Bellmore from Debary, FL United States
The valve is exactly what I was looking for. I work on British cars that have charged wet suspension systems. To charge them you must pressure them to 400 to 650 psi with out loss of pressure while connecting or disconnecting. The No-Loss valve from SRS is exactly the same as the ones used ones the original Churchill suspension pump, and a lot less in price. Thank You.
