These are shock rebuild seal kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for the Fox 1.5" body x 5/8" Shaft Gen 1 and Gen 2 Style shock service kits.
Options:
Gen 1: Polaris RZR 800S (09-12) Front or Rear
Gen 2: Polaris RZR 800S (13-15) Front or Rear; 2016 Kawasaki Teryx 4 LE Front Shocks (Front Only)
These will not fit Robby Gordon 800-4 or RZR 800-4 models with 2.0" shocks which use a different kit.
Our seal kits contain high pressure / temperature resistant oil seals and Viton piston o-rings giving better performance and increasing time between servicing.
When doing your rebuild, we strongly recommend installing schrader valves in the nitrogen endcaps to eliminate the leak prone rubber pellet system used when recharging the shocks. We also sell high volume replacement caps that have schrader valves already installed and the option to utilize Fox o-ring seal caps.
