This is a shock rebuild seal kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions for Fox Performance series 2.0" GEN 2 piggyback shocks on Polaris RZR 900XC, Polaris RZR 900S(2 or 4 seat) , and Polaris RZR 1000S (2 or 4 seat), Polaris General, and Honda Pioneer. Works on any model with Fox 2.0" aluminum bodied shocks with 5/8" shaft. Each kit rebuilds one (1) shock and fit for either the front or rear. Model years 2015-current
This kit Does not fit Walker Evans shocks; & will NOT fit earlier years of RZR XP900.
Polaris General: Will fit all years of 2-seat and 4-seat Polaris General 1000S which have Fox 2.0" aluminum bodied Podium QS3 adjust with 5/8" shafts. These OEM shocks will use our GEN 2 - 2.0" high volume nitrogen reservoir replacement endcaps.
Honda Pioneer: Will fit the Honda Pioneer which have Fox 2.0" aluminum bodied Podium with 5/8" shafts. These OEM shocks will use our GEN 2 - 2.0" high volume nitrogen reservoir replacement endcaps.
Our seal kits contain high pressure / temperature resistant oil seals and Viton piston & IFP o-rings, giving better performance and increasing time between servicing.
When doing your rebuild, we strongly recommend the use of a seal bullet while putting the sealhead back on the shaft, which are available in the tool section. We also suggest installing our high volume nitrogen replacement reservoir endcaps, to eliminate the leak prone rubber pellet system used on the OEM ones; when recharging the shocks. Our replacement caps have a schrader valve already installed in them, and the schrader is recessed into the cap protecting it from trail damage and come topped with an o-ring sealed cap. They also increase the capacity of the reservoir, so it stays charged at or near your desired pressure for a longer period, giving you a longer service interval.
